Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled within 5 minutes of placement are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for refunds unless the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order. There is no return option available once the order has been processed.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive an incorrect or spoiled order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We may require photographic evidence for quality complaints. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Orders where the customer provided incorrect delivery details. Partially consumed food items. Complaints made beyond 30 minutes of order delivery.
